Take to the streets of Manchester and witness a parade full of mechanical mischief…There will be a chance to meet the artists and get a good look at their machines, as they line up in Cathedral Gardens from 3 until 6.30pm. The parade will begin at 6.30pm and makes its way through the City, arriving at Albert Square around 7pm, before lining up in Mount Street for prize-giving at 7.30pm.
Expect an array of spectacular, surprising and beautiful machines and the exclusive reveal of three specially commissioned cars.

The open-air Snow Slide is back, promising the thrill of the alpine rush as you whizz down the 50 metre (165 ft) slide in a large tyre, gliding along the surface of artificial snow.
If you're seeking a thrill in the chill, the Bungydome is a specialist bungee trampoline that propels you up to 12 metres into the air.
The Giant Snowglobe offers a gentler way of enjoying the winter fun. Enter this magical Christmas world, play in the snow and have your picture taken with family and friends as a special souvenir.

The Brothers Grimm’s dark and spooky stories have always captivated children, with their enticing mix of mystery, enchantment, and humour.
This atmospheric adaptation by Carol Ann Duffy, the recently appointed Poet Laureate, promises to provide a feast of first-rate physical, musical and mythical theatre. Classic stories such as Hansel and Gretel you may know; but there are several you may not!
